WRA, Gold ~ Muskego, Residental Exterior

The original house had heavy overhangs with extended beams, boring garage doors, and a dated porch. We reworked the garage, arches, and a new portico was constructed with matching arches and keystones, using the existing gate pillar.

New Marvin windows and doors were installed throughout the house replacing drafty, damaged ones.

We decided to use “DRYVIT EIFS”, a synthetic stucco material because of its low maintenance advantages, and its weatherability. Banding and detail was installed at all window and door openings.

A New powder coated baluster railing system was installed on the master suite porch. Matching corbels and friese boards were installed giving it accents. New garage doors with top lights and powder coated faux hardware match the period of the newly renovated look.

A new 50 year maxi dimensional shingled roof, over sized gutters and downspouts were installed for more efficient drainage.

Existing recessed canister lighting in the soffits illuminate new detailed garage doors and stucco accent window and door trim.
